Aping

An agent skill that writes HTML in the Swiss style — Müller-Brockmann's grid. You invoke it; the agent sets your content by that system's rules instead of the default machine look.

Aping means imitating. It's the honest word for what this does: I taught an agent to work in a style I admire, and it works in it well.

I started a second skill aimed at a studio that's still working today, and stopped. Imitating a movement whose author died in 1996 is one thing; pointing a machine at a living studio's look and shipping the output is a different thing, and I didn't like it once I said it plainly. The essay below is me working out where that line is.

Form

The style is one SKILL.md — design tokens, a grid, and a MUST/MUST NOT checklist the agent follows. Output is a single self-contained HTML file.
